Employees are the Heart of the Credit Union

Goldenwest employees are amazing! Without question, our employees are the heart of the Credit Union. Looking at our talented and dedicated staff, I have no doubt the future is exciting and bright for Goldenwest.

We are sincerely interested in the well-being of our employees. We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly company, and encourage employees to strive for a healthy work-life balance. Providing a positive and productive work environment is a critical component of our success as a Credit Union.

Recently, we announced several promotions within our organization. This is a cause for celebration as we watch employees achieve professional goals and advance in the workplace. I’m pleased to share the news that Ashley Shreeve was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Training, Butch Campbell was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Facilities, and both Jennifer Melling and Kelly Blake were promoted to Assistant Vice Presidents of Branching. In addition, we announced that Stephanie Taylor, Jon Campbell, Dustin Hodges, Eric Yuhas and Tyson Taylor were promoted to Senior Branch Managers. We congratulate each of these individuals on their well-deserved recognitions and advancements.

Many of our employees have expressed to me how much they appreciate the sense of purpose they find at Goldenwest. The service-oriented nature of our not-for-profit financial cooperative is the foundation of Goldenwest’s corporate culture. Throughout our organization, we find our employees united as branch and department teams engaged in meaningful work. In addition to serving members, our employees mentor, help, and take care of each other.
