Adding an account from another financial institution

It is possible to import an account from another financial institution (another credit union or bank) into your Goldenwest Online Branch account. This will allow you to see transactions on your other account from within the Goldenwest Online branch.You can also use this data in your budgeting tools.

To add an account from another institution, follow these steps:

1. On your dashboard, select "Get Started" under LinkExternalAccounts.
2. Search and select your institution name.
3. Enter and verify your Online ID and Passcode for that institution and select "Submit."
4. If the credentials you entered are correct, the Online Branch will connect to the third-party financial institution and load the transaction information for that account.
