Resetting Your Password

Follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Go to the USU Credit Union home page.
  2. Select the "Forgot Password?" link.
  3. Read and accept the disclosure.
  4. Select the blue "Continue" button located in the lower right-hand side.
  5. Enter your Username, SSN/TaxID, Zip Code and select the blue "Continue" button.
  6. Select if you would like your temporary password sent via Email or SMS.
  7. Select the "Log in" button to be reverted back to our Home Page where you will enter your Username and temporary Password to log in.
  8. Once logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password.
