Resetting Your Username

Follow these steps to reset your Username:

  1. Go to the USU Credit Union home page.
  2. Select the “Forgot Username?” link.
  3. Confirm your identity by entering your SSN/TaxID, Birth Date, and Account/Member Number. Questions marked with * are required.
  4. Your username will be recovered. Select the blue “Log In” button to be reverted back to our home page.
