I have been with Goldenwest for about 4 years now. I’ve had bad banking experiences in the past and even after filing for bankruptcy they approved me for a loan so we could keep our car. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been super friendly and helpful and so on top of things. I have got two car loans with this location and they have all been done super fast and they have walked me through the process of buying one that had a loan through another bank. Joey has helped us a few times and Merlin just helped us with this last one. They have gone above and beyond for us and I wanted to let others know that this bank is fantastic! I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a worry fee place to bank.

Needed to refinance my car loan and they were awesome. Very friendly and excellent service. The interest rate was great. They seem very accommodating so if your looking for something wouldn't hurt to see what they can offer. I felt no pressure just a willing to see if they could fit my financial needs.

When we needed a car loan quickly the first thing we looked for was the best rate and hoped that the service we would receive would be just as good as their rate. Kelsey at Goldenwest proved to be just that great example of amazing service. Having pretty good credit helped, but with a purchase that had interesting circumstances, she provided constant and up the to minute help and guidance. We couldn’t be happier with selecting Goldenwest for our new car loan.
