Goldenwest Systems Remain Secure

The tech outage, with its origins in the CrowdStrike software, that has caused disruptions in business operations across the globe has not impacted or affected Goldenwest’s core systems, including mobile and online banking.

Goldenwest members’ personal data remains secure. Goldenwest members can continue to transact business in-branch, online, and by mobile phone securely.

We do not use CrowdStrike systems for our core banking systems.

Some of our third-party vendors have been affected. We are closely monitoring all of our vendors that provide services to Goldenwest for any disruptions in service that may cause.

During this time, remain vigilant against phishing and other impersonation attempts to gain your personal banking information. Be cautious of unsolicited communications and report any suspicious activities to us immediately.
