Goldenwest Promotes Koga to Assistant Vice President over Contact Center and Virtual Branch

OGDEN, UT: April 17, 2023 – Toni Koga has been promoted to Assistant Vice President over the Contact Center and Virtual Branch, where she will oversee the operation of the Goldenwest Contact Center, Virtual Branch, and Electronic Services.

Having worked for Goldenwest for over two decades, Koga has shown her dedication to help our members. She began by working at a branch as a teller and loan officer. Later, she transferred to the contact center, where she worked her way up through management positions. She continues to help employees with member’s questions and concerns they have with their accounts.

Koga has played a key role in launching the Credit Union’s Virtual Branch. This product has given our members another convenient way to communicate with us about their account.
