If I see a charge on my account that I did not make, what can I do?

We can now do Visa disputes through online banking using the following steps:

1. Log in to online banking

2. Find and click on the transaction in question

3. Then click on the “Help” button and a box will pop-up with options regarding that specific transaction

4. Choose the option that best fits the circumstance and fill out any requested information
